Welcome

Earth Science

Directions for this Alternative School Class

Welcome to this online class! The hope is that you will gain an understanding of the principles of Earth Science through a combination of reading and interactive ideas.

For each topic covered, you will have a PRE-activity, which is a reading or worksheet, designed to make you think about what you already know about the topic.

This is found above the actual gizmo when you login at ExploreLearning.

After that, you will be given an ExploreLearning Gizmo to help you understand the ideas through a game or an activity.

At the end of the activity is a quiz. You may use the gizmo to help create conditions tht help you answer the question.

Grading details are at the bottom of this web page. Please contact Winnie or mapowell if you need additional help. Good luck!
